Welcome back!

What's new in this week's release:

  • Dynamic Buttons in WhatsApp. Within a WhatsApp template, it is already possible to dynamically fill the content of a message. For example, a message can be supplemented with customer information. At the bottom of each message, it is possible to place so-called "call to actions." This can range from a website link to a button for making a call. In the WhatsApp integration, it is now possible to use dynamic buttons. With this option, you can perform specific customer actions. An example of this is providing a customer ID as a parameter to carry out the necessary follow-up actions. This way, for instance, linking to a "Start on event" could initiate a campaign within Deployteq with information specific to the respective customer. For more information on the possibilities of WhatsApp, please see our manual.

  • You asked and we delivered! One of the feature requests that was voted on quite a few times was to make it possible to copy and paste widgets in the Analytics menu when building a dashboard. This has now been made possible! You will find this new option within an existing widget when hovering over it:

We need you!

  • Join us for the Community roundtable sessions! During such a session, we will have an interactive discussion on your wishes and needs regarding the support portal, our manuals, our training and your communication needs. In short, we need your input to further improve our service. The next roundtable sessions are Wednesday, March 6  and Thursday, April 11 at our office in Huis ter Heide. Sign up here and join the discussion!

  • Have you voted yet? In the Deployteq Community, you can find a list of feature requests that were made by your fellow Deployteq-users. Implementation priority will be given to requests that have a high number of votes. Come take a look and vote!
