You have the ability to link additional services to Deployteq. A number of these App integrations are offered in the store and can be easily installed with a wizard. For more information on this, see the available Apps.

For more information about the extensions below, you can contact your own accountmanager or call +31 (0)30 - 698 80 80 (option 2)

1. Extensions

1.1 Archive email

It is possible to receive the sent email per customer as an HTML or EML file on an external location. This can be exported with an additional meta file, which give more information about the broadcast and receivers.

1.2 Buckaroo

Using the Buckaroo integration, a payment can be started from Deployteq Page. This can be a one-time donation for example.

1.3 Copy content

With the Copy Content extension, you can easily copy Campaigns (including all content), specific email contents, and templates to other brands in the portal. This extension creates a new menu item and a clear interface to transfer this content.

1.4 CSV trigger

Do you want to send an email right after uploading a CSV file with a customer selection, without having to manually import people each time? This is possible with the CSV trigger. By using a specific file name, Deployteq knows immediately which campaign needs to be triggered, and you can determine the actions that need to be taken in that campaign. This way, you can easily link systems together and take batch actions. This solution requires an SFTP location on our platform to be able to act immediately after completing the file upload.

1.5 Deduplication

If there are duplicate records in your database, our Technical Project Management department can perform a database cleanup for you.

Duplicate records in the database can have various causes. Therefore, it's essential to identify and eliminate the root cause before we proceed with deduplication. If this is not done, duplicate records can quickly reappear in the database.

Deduplication is a process where our developers build, execute, and monitor a script to search for duplicate records in the database. These duplicate records need to be identified based on a specific field, the same field used for deduplication during imports. If one or more duplicate records are found, the data must be merged.

Since it can happen that both records contain data, a determination must be made regarding which record is the primary one. Often, the leading record is determined based on the creation date or the date of the last edit to the record. The records are then merged, which means that information is combined, and an empty field in the primary record does not overwrite a filled field in the subsequent record.

1.6 Domain Routing/SSL

When you send an e-mail from Deployteq, the Deployteq domain is displayed in all links in the sent e-mail. This allows Deployteq to record data, such as click habits, in your statistics. Domain name routing can be used to replace the Deployteq domain with your own domain name in your links.

1.7 Email Gateway (SMTP)

You can send e-mails using your website or a booking system, for example, but delivery and measurability are factors that are often overlooked. The Deployteq E-mail Gateway ensures that the e-mails are sent by your website or a booking system, etc. The e-mails are sent to the Deployteq SMTP using an SMTP protocol. This SMTP imports the relevant customer records and adds statistics. This allows you to take advantage of Deployteq’s excellent deliverability and gives you insight into the impact of your e-mails on your customers.

1.8 Event Based Export (EBE)

The Event Based export shows which e-mails have been received for every customer and what has happened with these e-mails (opens, clicks). This data can ideally be exchanged with other CRM systems so you can take optimum action in line with your customers’ behaviour.

1.9 Single Sign On

Do you have to log in separately for each individual system? Come up with and remember different passwords for everything? Does your system administration want more control over who logs in and what they have access to? Now, with Deployteq Single Sign-On, you can easily solve this problem and log in directly to Deployteq using your own authentication tool.
